The depths of our human souls long for eternity, for it has been set in our hearts. Yet we are trapped in temporal bodies, held captive by closed minds which seldom stray from the present.
So when we suffer, we see no escape. We bear the ache of time’s pain within our breast, and cannot comprehend when healing will come. Yet there is a healer who holds in His eternity the antidote to this distasteful time. He will come quickly and heal, so in the meantime, we wait for Him.
